At Perflix, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping timeframes, tracking, and delivery expectations.
1. Order Processing
In-Stock Products
Orders for in-stock products are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom, Personalised & Pre-Order Products
Custom, personalised, made-to-order, or pre-order products generally require 5–15 business days for processing before shipment.
Please refer to the individual product page for specific processing times where applicable.
Processing times do not include weekends, public holidays, or shipping transit time.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic: 3–5 Business Days
International: 5–20 Business Days
Please note: Delivery times are estimated from the date your order is dispatched. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframes above, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Customs inspections and clearance procedures
- Public holidays
- Severe weather conditions
- Airline or carrier disruptions
- High shipping volumes
- Local delivery network delays
- Government regulations or restrictions
Remote locations, islands, and certain rural areas may require additional delivery time.
Perflix cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email where available.
You may use the tracking information provided to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's tracking platform or other reputable parcel-tracking services.
Please allow up to 72 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.
5. Tracking Limitations
For certain countries, remote regions, and postal services, tracking updates may be limited or delayed.
In some cases, a parcel may continue moving through the shipping network without receiving regular tracking scans.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, we recommend contacting your local postal service or courier for additional information, as they may have access to more current delivery information.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other government-imposed charges.
These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Perflix has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Failure to pay applicable customs fees may result in delays, refusal of delivery, or return of the shipment.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Perflix cannot be held responsible for delays, delivery failures, additional charges, or losses resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Incorrect postal codes
- Incorrect recipient information
- Failure to collect a parcel from a collection point or post office
- Failure to respond to courier delivery attempts
If an order is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
8. Returned & Undeliverable Packages
A package may be returned to the sender if:
- The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete;
- The recipient refuses delivery;
- Customs fees remain unpaid;
- The package is not collected within the required timeframe; or
- Delivery attempts are unsuccessful.
Where a returned package can be reshipped, the customer may be required to pay the applicable reshipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
9. Oversized Items & Additional Shipping Charges
Certain oversized or unusually heavy products may incur additional shipping costs due to dimensional or volumetric weight restrictions imposed by shipping carriers.
If additional charges apply, we will notify you before processing the order whenever possible.
10. Remote Area Surcharges
Some remote locations may be subject to additional carrier surcharges.
Where applicable, these charges will be communicated before shipment or as soon as they are identified by the carrier.
11. Force Majeure
Perflix shall not be held liable for shipping delays, loss, or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters;
- Floods, storms, earthquakes, fires, or severe weather;
- Airline disruptions;
- Customs inspections;
- Labour strikes;
- Government actions or restrictions;
- Civil unrest;
- Transportation interruptions;
- Pandemics or public health emergencies; or
- Other unforeseen events affecting logistics networks.
12. Product Restrictions
Perflix reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or remove orders containing products that violate applicable laws, regulations, carrier restrictions, or safety requirements.
Orders involving prohibited or restricted items may be cancelled without notice where required by law or carrier policy.
