Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected courier service. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Packaging: Every order is carefully packed to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.
Shipping Fee: FREE delivery anywhere in South Africa. There are no additional standard delivery charges at checkout.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
