Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements may not be approved if:
Incorrect shipping details were provided. The parcel was refused or not collected. The return request falls outside the stated timeframes. The item has been used, damaged after delivery, or shows normal wear and tear. You change your mind after your order has been processed or shipped.
